Under minimal supervision, responsible for leading the implication of global and HSE strategies, programs, policies and processes for the project. Works closely with project management and HSE leadership team to ensure alignment of strategies at the project level, ensuring the needs and requirements are met. Monitors processes for compliance with applicable standards, monitors HSE performance and benchmarks against the industry. Identifies and communicates best practices across the project and to HSE leadership team. Engages in diverse tasks which include overseeing training, and the implementation of training programs, report writing, plan development and implementation, attending meetings, and giving presentations.
