Duties & Responsibilities:

In charge of hiring process.

Participates in the selection of candidates and submits appropriate recommendations.

Conducts pre-screening interviews.

Prepare 201 files and service record of employees.

Document preparation – job description; contract for services

Identify sources for qualified candidate and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

Prepare for interview such as: receive and screen resumes, make plan of interview, inform to candidates.

Advice the Branch Managers/Dept. Heads when the new employee is expected to report for work.

Update 201 files such as service record, memorandums, seminars, seminar plan contract/certificates, etc.

Prepare and monitor memo for regular appointment, transfer, promotion, change of designation, etc.

Maintain up-to-date and complete employee 201 file.

Check attendance summary of branches every 10th and 25th of the month.

Checking of logbook/DTR, monitor absences and tardiness of employees. See to it that all absences have a corresponding leave form. Original AFLA is a must.

Monitors status of needed manpower.
