Critical Equipments for Maintenance : EOT Crane 200MT, Gantry Plano Miller with siemenns 840D SL controller, IMF 60 MT/Hoyur mobile mixer, Atlas Copco Screw Compressor, 120 MT HT Furnace Gas Fired, 75 MT Spinner hanger shot blast machine,TOS-KURIM CNC PLANOMILLER etc.

2.Maintenance Planning (Spares & Schedule):

Spares planning and follow up with procurement and maintaining minimum requirement of spares.

And emergency preparedness for critical equipment breakdown .

3.Utilities: Planning and Effective In-house Management of Basic Utilities like Electric Power, Compressed Air and Water/ R.O. Plant Operation Maint. Of Plant and Machinery for whole Casting Unit.
