* Developed a Quality Control reticle for the Nikon Inspection Scopes. The reticles will minimize the

inspector’s probability of determining if the die bond pad exceeded over 30% damage upon completion of Sort testing.

* Developed a 125 mil standoff shim for the Electroglas 4080/4090 Probers. The shims reduced the equipment height conversion

times from 120 plus minutes to 15-20 minutes, minimizing equipment down time.

* Install, operate, and maintain Electro Glass 4080/4090 Probers, Hewlett Packerd/Agilent Testers, GSI Lumonics M325 Lasers,

Advantest Testers, Credence Testers, and Cypress Low Cost Testers.

* Install, operate, and maintain Eaton High Energy and High Current Implanters.

* Prepared RADAR equipment for 51 unit deployments to various locations around the world.

* Operated and conversed with other equipment operators to ascertain problems before and during system failures.

* Monitored faulty equipment and components and applied functional operational knowledge of electronic schematics to

diagnose the cause of malfunctions.

* Tested, diagnosed, and repaired failed electronic circuits and components using ammeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators,
