The FASTAR Project involves conversion of legacy system to more robust scalable application and maintenance of Artpiece warehouse of Princess cruises located in fort Lauderdale, Florida. This project involves all the phases in the life cycle of an artpiece with respect to warehouse like creation of artpiece, purchasing from vendors, framing, sending artpieces to ships for sale, receiving artpieces from ship for shipping to customer, receiving the returned piece from customer for various alterations, sending it for restoration, receiving it back from restoration, maintaining the inventory, framing of Artpieces.

FASTAR project also includes various cost analysis of artpieces, providing various reports for various departments like finance purchasing etc, and writing down the slow moving pieces.

SCANNER project is mainly aimed at the transfer of artpieces from one location to another through the scanners like placing in respective slots after purchase, temporary locations for trasferring to ship, temporary locations for receiving from ship, location for sending it to customer etc.

Universal Travels is a division of Ramoji Film City. The project makes UT a fully computerized division. The Project includes 7 modules:

Stores: This module deals with the Indents, Receipts, Issues, Stock maintenance according to the user given parameters by calculation of reorderlevels, safetystock, minstock, reorderqty, raising of dynamicindents and stock valuations.

Purchase: This module deals with all purchase issues like raising Po’s, Quotation Enquiries and the corresponding bills. This module also takes control of the outside repairs i.e. the repairs that is to be performed outside.

Garage : This module undertakes all the garage works like repairing the vehicle, scheduled servicing, and periodical check according to the complaint given by driver and verified by garage authorities.

Allotment: This module deals with the allotting of drivers to vehicles and allotting of vehicles as per the requisition. The requisition may be for shooting vehicles, picking and dropping VIP’s, Picking and dropping of staff of Ramoji Film City. This module also takes care of vintage buses which are intended for visitor’s trips.
