As a Team Facilitator, I executed operating and maintenance plans to achieve shift and department objectives. These plans included daily production and quality metrics for two departments.This position required the monitioring of certification objectives and training plans while ensuring shift accountability for adherence to SOP and maintaining compliance with changes to SOP.
