Project: Construction of High rised buildings of G+34/39

Description: The project involves construction of high rised buildings of G+34 & G+39 where as my role is to check the Eccentricity of columns, slab levels both pre and post recording the same in an format. Cross checking the starter marking at every slabs with respect to grid lines which are frozen at raft level itself. Setting out of all other survey related works including Infra, podium, STP, Compound Wall etc.

Project 1: - Arvind Accel Ltd. (Group of Arvind Mills)

Client: Span Consultants & Government of Karnataka.

Project: Under Ground Drainage System & Sewer line at Chamarajanagar (Karnataka)

(Construction of STP with 9 MLD capacity & Sewer line)

Description: The project involves cross checking of the levels, establishment of TBM’s. Total sewer line length is of 105 kms. Marking of manholes & check the invert level accurately as per the GFC drawings provided by the clients and Site Execution.

Role: Sr. Surveyor cum Site Engineer

Project 2: - DLF Projects Ltd. (Formerly DLF LAING O’ROURKE)

Client: DLF UNIVERSAL LTD.

Project: New City Heights at Hyderabad

(CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH RISED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING)

Description: The project involves marking of footings, pedestal, columns, retaining wall roads, drains, STP, Sub station, UG SUMP etc.by using total station with higher accuracy. Experience in fixing centre line / alignment, establishing BMs/TBMs, coordinates, setting out, etc and site execution

Description: This Project involves preparation of the topographical survey using total stations. Firstly making observation using DGPS. Then doing the traverse using total station. Later picking up the details and c/s, l/s as per the client requirements on the ground using total station.

Role: Total station operator.

Project 5:- Geotrax International Services

Client: RELIANCE INFO COM

Project: ROUTE SURVEY (1000KM IN A.P., KARNATAKA, M.H., W.B.)

Description: This Project involves preparation of the topographical map using GPS (Tracking system) by offset method. Firstly the GPS will be configured that, it may take the position at an every interval of 5m. The vehicle will be moving in a speed of 20 to 30 km/h so that it may be easy to capture details. After completing the stretch downloading the data in a system. Then typing the data in excel format. Then Q.C. the data. Run the data in a software and submitting the data to client in a excel format.
