Creating Purchasing orders with the requestor at the clinic/ hospital
Cross referencing vendor contracts with the item or items needed and sending the order to the vendor
Ensuring that all PO’s have been sent to the vendor, order has been filled, and the shipment is in transit to the right location
Once vendor has provided tracking information then the order is verified with the dock and the dock either confirms or denies the delivery
If order is decrepit or missing then I then follow back of with the vendor in order to reship, return, reorder, or closed out.
Last process is to confirm delivery from our docks to the hospital/ clinic/ or requestor too ensure all has been received and that customer is satisfied
Once all received and everyone is satisfied orders that still remain open on the Lawson 10 purchasing software need to be closed out and accounts should be paid and closed
