Responsibilities included all aspects of managing project to include daily safety inspections logged in accordance to EM385-1-1 and OSHA guidelines. Deficiencies logged as well as fix dates by sub, date, infraction, and date of fix. Coordinated all sub activities and schedules assured that all sub submittals were turned in promptly for approval/acceptance of DPW. Verification that all work performed complied to specifications and with submitted materials. Also responsible for all close out documentation. 2011-2013: Atlantic Marine, Virginia Beach, VA, Superintendent / Site Safety and Health Officer. Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with state, federal and local laws and standards. Attends preconstruction, phase preparatory and staff meetings. Manages and supervises personnel to identify potential hazards associated with their operations and activities. Make and complete Sub punch out lists. Responsible for enforcing EM385-1-1 guidelines by means of continuous daily inspections and logging all deficiencies and making sure problems were fixed in a timely manner, and logging all fixes. I also helped the QCM finalize the projects close out documents, warranty letters, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings. Job received a Satisfactory rating from the Corps of Engineers Central TX. Division.

Project Value is: $11,200,000 - ORTC dining facility North Ft. Hood, TX, 2013, Superintendent. Duties as superintendent consisted of daily logs of sub-contractor activities via “dailies” which were logged into QCS/RMS system for the Corps. Coordinating all sub-contractor activities. Reviewing contracts and Scopes of work per contractor to insure that all work is done according to scope. Review materials brought to the job site to assure that it matches submitted materials documents. General site maintenance, assisted Project Manager with contract buy outs, updated project schedules, review and approve sub/vendor pay applications. Project Value is: $8,300,000 - Meadows Child development Center Ft. Hood (3/1/11-5/1/12): Superintendent / Site Safety and Health Officer. Duties as the Superintendent/SSHO were to coordinate all sub contract activities involving weekly sub/Corps of Engineer progress meetings, scheduling sub activities, approving payments for vendors and subs. GC punch out lists. Responsible for enforcing EM385-1-1 guidelines by means of continuous daily inspections and logging all deficiencies and making sure problems were fixed in a timely manner, and logging all fixes.
