Developed robust sales/volume/profit and product-costing models to determine breakeven targets for each plant.
Performed extensive “what if” financial scenarios in the form of P&L’s for each plant for analysis on plant closures and plant consolidation projects.

Led, trained and mentored a team of 7 cost accountants and 5 A/P personnel. Developed standard costs and month end processes for 26 plants across US and Canada. Month end closing duties and extensive variance analysis was provided for each plant. Worked as a liaison between Accounting and IT to develop a “home grown” PO, MRP and freight System.
Created and executed the annual budgeting process
Led the companywide SKU reduction team, which eliminated duplicate parts between plants, which in turn saved time, system space and allowed “bulk buys” for a cost savings of $120k per year.
Developed, executed and maintained costing and inventory system for BOM creation and inventory control.
