PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT II PAYLOCITY NOVEMBER 2014 – AUGUST 2016 This position required strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, self-management, technical skills and a love for interacting with clients and providing exceptional customer service. The Implementation Consultant II was responsible for a successful implementation of mid-size clients. In this role, I coordinated activities and facilitated timely delivery of payroll services to each client in all functional areas to include Web Time, General Ledger, Custom Calculations, etc.
Significant Responsibilities Include:
Analyzed and interpreted requirements for payroll, benefits, human resource policies and procedures.
Provided a consultative approach to determine the client’s requirements
Conceptual Thinking – the ability to identify and evaluate resources and plan for their utilization throughout the implementation.
Provided support to mid-size client contacts regarding payroll, human resource, and benefits during the implementation process.
Strong attention to detail – reviewed each client’s data and asked open ended questions, which enhanced the client’s usage of products.
Customer focus – effectively managed client interactions in an effort to maintain client retention rates.
Self-Management – required the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently in order to deliver the desired outcome.
IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST II ADP APRIL 2012 – NOV 2014 This role required a passion for out-of-the-box thinking and a commitment to ensuring clients received the most for their investments. This role was driven by the clients’ success. I combined my analytic and project management skills with my ability to simplify complex information – in turn, helping clients develop the skills and confidence to use the products with ease. I provided the expert support that made ADP’s integrated solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.

Met with appropriate sales and marketing colleagues to discuss communication needs. Researched and developed supporting marketing materials and presented recommendations to Marketing leadership. Served as a liaison to Care and Field Operations Departments. Provided daily status updates of projects, deadlines, and performance to management.
