Review federal and state laws to confirm and enforce company compliance. Conducted benefits administration for over 400 benefit-eligible employees, including open enrollment and claim issues. Answer employee questions regarding any of our company benefits and resolve any issues. Work with brokers and third party administrators on completion of annual 5500 reporting. Address inquiries from employees and management regarding new-hire activity and ongoing employee relation issues. Create and modify job descriptions within all departments.
