An Electrical Engineering graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign, IL, Mr. Benage’s career has evolved through successively more responsible positions in Sales, Sales Management, Management Information Systems, Financial Management, and Executive Management. After spending fifteen years in the corporate environment, Mr. Benage entered the entrepreneurial world through his purchase and subsequent sale of computer, banking, and mortgage banking companies.

Mr. Benage has utilized his extensive experience in the industries in which he has been involved, in combination, to maintain a leading edge/strategic perspective. With this perspective, he has been instrumental in formulating, communicating and implementing successful strategies for the corporate entities with which he has been associated. Throughout his career he has excelled in "turnaround" situations. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

President, Providence Capital, LLC, Phoenix, AZ, 2004 – Present Mr. Benage participated in the structuring of high dollar transactions on a nationwide basis. Projects included several non-profit and/or low income housing projects. In addition from 2008 through 2014 Mr. Benage negotiated in excess of 400 short sales representing the seller. The close rate on these short sales was 99.6%. Senior Vice President, Prescott Funding, LLC, Ramsey, NJ, 2003 – 2004 Prescott Funding was a start-up wholesale mortgage company specializing in sub-prime mortgages. Mr. Benage was responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing activities nationwide. President, Providence Capital Group, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, 1997 - 2003 Providence Capital Group, Inc. was established and capitalized by Mr. Benage to provide wholesale finance, community development, and primary mortgage insurance for manufactured housing. In addition, PCG purchases mortgage loans on a whole loan basis from large mortgage companies across the country. Managing Director, Princeton Capital Credit Corporation, Princeton, NJ, 1995 – 1997 Princeton Capital Credit Corporation was established to provide specialty warehouse facilities to originators of chattel assets, specifically anything other than single family real estate mortgages. The target markets were originators of sub-prime automobile loans, mobile home loans, and equipment leases. President, THC Financial, Scottsdale, AZ 1992 – 1995 THC Financial provided financial planning, consultation and control to a variety of businesses in the greater Phoenix area and to companies outside of the state of Arizona. Clients included banks, child care centers, mortgage companies, building system companies, and Native Americans. Chief Operating Officer, The Homeowner Card, Inc., Huntington Beach, CA, 1990 – 1992 Initial responsibilities included identifying financial institution to issue credit cards and fund receivables for credit card secured by second deed of trust. With this established, investor asked Mr. Benage to assume responsibilities for the California operations as well. Customer response time was improved by over 300%, and base of operations expanded by 200% during this time period. Due to the acquisition of Valley 2

National Bank of Arizona by Bank One, this operation was forced to discontinue operations as of May 1992.

Chairman of the Board, Director, Shareholder, Mid Valley Mortgage Corp., Littleton, CO 1989 – 1990

Mortgage banking company specializing in wholesale mortgage banking, loan trading, and single family loan servicing. Mr. Benage purchased 50% interest in the company at a time when the company was closing $1.8 million per month in single family mortgages. Through the implementation of Mr. Benage’s Warehouse facility, a new management system, and strategic focus, the monthly volume was increased to

$12 million per month, profitability re-established, FNMA and FHLMC status reinstated. Mr. Benage sold his interest in the company in August of 1990.

Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman, USGI Holdings, Inc., Darien, CT 1986 – 1989. As a result of his involvement with Dimension Financial, Mr. Benage was asked to assume responsibility of mergers, acquisitions, business planning and corporate development with this financial services company who’s primary business was the servicing of FHA Project loans. At the time Mr. Benage joined USGI the servicing portfolio was $300 million, and at his departure, the portfolio exceeded $10 billion. Mr. Benage left USGI to pursue other mortgage banking opportunities. President, Dimension Financial Corporation, 1984 – 1986 Dimension Financial was a holding company for 31 non-bank bank charters (in formation). Mr. Benage joined Dimension to raise the capital necessary to start the initial four banks. This was accomplished in April, 1986, through contractual agreement with USGI Holdings, Inc. In late April of 1986 Congress passed the Competitive Equality in Banking Act (CEBA) that effectively eliminated the non-bank bank. Dimension was dissolved.

President, Chief Executive Officer, The Simco Group, Inc., CT 1981 – 1984 Mr. Benage established The Simco Group for the purpose of acquiring and managing small software companies. To this end, Simco acquired tow such companies specializing in credit union, savings and loan, and commercial banking software covering platform, teller, and back office functions. In addition these companies sold mortgage servicing software to mortgage banking companies. During this period Mr. Benage terminated the operations of the credit union software company and reorganized, recapitalized and subsequently sold the banking software related company. General Manager, Planning and Analysis, The Continental Group, Inc, 1974 - 1981 During his tenure with the Continental Group, Inc.(formerly known as the Continental Can Company) Mr. Benage held successive responsible positions starting with General Manager of Management Information Systems for the domestic can company, then to the world wide can company, and finally General Manager of Planning and Analysis for the corporation. During this time he implemented the first on-line system domestically within the Continental Group and later refocused the efforts of the European subsidiaries to a common technology utilizing distributed processing with international on-line communications. Mr. Benage left Continental to pursue his own business. Marketing Management, IBM Corporation, 1969 – 1974 Mr. Benage started with IBM as a Marketing Representative in the Data Processing Division selling IBM mainframe computer hardware, software and services. During his first year on quota, Mr. Benage distinguished himself as the number one salesman in his office, district, and region and achieving recognition as the number five salesman in the country. For these accomplishments, Mr. Benage was inducted into IBM’s “Golden Circle” as a first year salesman. Mr. Benage was then promoted to Marketing Manager in Chicago, IL. Mr. Benage left IBM to accept a management position with The Continental Group, Inc.
