Developed a new delivery fleet management technology which dramatically improved the capacity of pizzerias to deliver more quickly while maximizing the utilization of driver labor. This resulted in a 23-minute average reduction in delivery times (61 down to 38 minutes) with a 40% increase in business.

Developed WinForms Smart Client Desktop Application for the store which was architected to be highly available during a busy Friday night.

Served as the project leader while creating a GPS Server and a web service SOAP Application Programmers Interface in C#.NET. The GPS Server was accessed by the WinForms application to track the locations of all drivers in the field.
