Lectures to teachers and Parents on issues related to academics as well as social problems – identification and remediation

Remedial teaching for students with LD and slow learners.

PROCESS OF COUNSELLING

Parents, teachers and individuals refer cases to School Psychologist where an individual faces some Psychological,behavioral and academic related problems. These include cases like students with academic, learning difficulties, behavior disorder, familial conflicts and others.

Psychologist administers Psychological tests to identify problem. In case of any Psychological problem a treatment plan is formulated and parents/ teachers are guided accordingly. Progress is monitored at decided frequency. In extreme cases, a Psychiatric treatment is advised.

With Self- Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy students are also taught traditional Music therapy to relieve tensions, stress, and develop more of self- confidence, positive attitude and relaxation.

Music therapy is used as a Relaxation technique for students, teachers and parents.
