● Maine Medical Center 2005 2015 Administrative Assistant/Medical Transcriptionist From 2005 to 2006, I worked in the human resources department as assistant to HR representatives performing clerical duties such as sorting mail, answering phones, typing reports, assembling packets of orientation information, typing letters and arranging interviews. This was a temporary assignment. Reference: Suzanne Champagne, HR Representative. From 2006 to 2011, I worked in Cardiology transcribing echocardiogram reports, stress tests and transesophageal echocardiogram procedures dictated by 10 to 12 doctors and fellows, becoming a permanent employee in June of 2006. From 2011 to 2015, I worked in Radiology Transcription and transcribed reports, e. g., x rays, sonograms, ultrasounds, biopsy procedures and all radiology related studies. ● AAA Northern New England 1996 2004 Pricing Specialist Calculating New Hampshire and Maine AAA affiliated garage payments from tickets submitted for roadside services to members, keeping track of rates that changed frequently, posting these transactions to member records daily and billing the member when necessary. Charging member credit cards and creating monthly report for same. Processing monthly checks for Maine and New Hampshire garages verifying amounts and reconciling monthly figures.
