Duties:

Maintain and assist in the management of facility operations. I.e. maintenance, security, landscaping and janitorial departments.

Duties include but not limited to, carry out and complete all maintenance requests. I.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Painting and Electrical etc. Parts, supplies and equipment procurement.

Project management, vendor/contractor management, service contract negotiations and cost controls.

Manage and maintain all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems which includes kitchen hot and cold equipment repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
