Technical Project Lead

Onsite Project Lead for Toyota’s Vehicle Accounting and North American Parts Operations supply chain systems. Support maintenance, procurement, distribution, supplier communications, inventory control, ordering, pricing, shipping, claims/returns, and other critical business processes for Lexus and Toyota, with an average of $48B in annual sales. Manage project team of 10 onsite/offsite developers. Responsible for project management at various phase of design/development, testing, tuning, and delivery. Prepare RFIs and RFPs. Direct complete SDLCs to maintain and upgrade a system with 37 databases, multiple hosts, and integrations with AS/400 and Visual Age webfront. Primary liaison to client.

Improved cash flow $340,000 by stimulating JAR sessions for a modular design with reusable components to reduce development and delivery times.
