Performed onsite manager for TMK application push from Atlanta to Virginia to more than 600 workstations remotely.

Issue - Last minute scope changes by management caused application incompatibility problems that required hands-on diagnose and on the spot solutions for almost every desktop system.

Solution - Created a diagnostic Color Code System to allow after hour’s teams to continue repairs based on app severity and their personal skill level.

Enterprise NAV Upgrade Project - Project Manager and Technical Lead for the Norton Anti-Virus

Enterprise rollouts for BOA network. Worked with team to ID, upgrade and or remove previous version of NAV from existing Servers and Desktops and replace it with the newest NAV Enterprise application.

ProcareRX, Inc. - Pharmacy Card Processor 09/00 - 06/01

Site to Site Data Center Migration:

Managed the relocation of the company datacenter from downtown Atlanta to Duluth Ga

Move involved about 45 physical servers and approx. 60 desktops.

Negotiated with vendors on Physical Data Center, Low/High Voltage wiring and AC Designs.

Worked with networking vendors to design Disaster Recovery support plan in support of the new site.

Migrated current office phones system on to new VOIP network provided by AT&T.

Migration Approach: Utilized a Three Phased approach to migrate servers and desktops from site to site.

Phase 1: Site Build - Tracked the DC build construction and coordinated the install of the all Low and High voltage wiring and AC installations Worked with AT&T and Verizon to design, implement and test certify new networking and phone connectivity in new locations. Based on the designs we connected the new office to the current Datacenter so migration testing could be performed.

Phase 2: Hardware Migration Test - Migrated 2 of the 16 Client servers to the new location and test verified all power cabling and network functionality at the new DC site. Migrated several test desktop to site for similar Cable, Power and networking verification.

Phase 3: Office Migration - Planned and Scheduled the Primary Server moves after hours to minimize useable down time. Migrated and test verified all systems to new site in about 3 hours. Move involved the physically and Virtual system moves. All remained office desktops were moved the following day. Utilized Citrix and Wireframe technology we build a few Citrix servers to accommodate all the Office users during the migration with little to no downtime.

Datacenter Management / Technical Duties:
