Summary
“It’s all about the people.” I believe that in today’s world human skills and efficient interaction between teams are critical for successful project delivery. With more than 10 years of experience working with people in extreme situations, I’m skilled at reading social situations and understanding people’s driving forces while using that as a base to help resolve collaboration challenges in a positive manner.
I have a Master Certificates in Project Management and a PMP certification with a management experience, I initiated projects and managed them from start to end, instructed and prepared presentations to large audiences, and I also took part in the business aspects.
My objective is to translate this experience in today’s agile and demanding software industry, and to grow and educate myself in the software world and its many exciting challenges.
