I’m a problem solver. When I have a problem I don’t give up. At Tenaris we put in a new welder, kept getting a RF Generator fault and it would kick off. Brought in factory men to help solve the problem with no luck. One Sunday I had electricians take the buss apart that feed the shoes and found the problem. At Wyman we kept breaking a line on the low level shut off. I got a 10,000 lb line that feed the pumps and two block flanges. Had the mechanics and welder install. Stopped breaking the line.
