Project Features:-

Four satellite Multi Slot Valve(MSV)/Water Injection Manifold (WIM) stations, each consisting of upto 4 MSV skids, 3 WIM skids, one drain vessel and a small naturally ventilated control/electrical room

CENTRAL REMOTE MANIFOLD STATION (RMS) facilities will consist of upto 3 test separators, one instrument air skid, 3 chemical injection skids, one drain vessel, RMS is also house one additional MSV/WIM station facilities

RMS is connected with the LPS (Lekhwair Production Station) by Production & Water Injection pipelines.

FOC link is installed from each RMS to the LPS for control/automation and telecom information exchange.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Full time supervision of All construction works / activities for the project

Co-ordination with the Contractors to rectify the defects during the defects liability period.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.

Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project

Conduct periodic followup inspections to verify that work is proceeding with the contract documents and the approved submittals.

Addressing any queries during defects liability period

Collate and verify all As-built drawings

Preparing & addressing the schedule of defects / punch lists

Scrutinize and check working drawings received from Architects /designer

Duties & Responsibilities:

Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes as described in project specific contract documents.

Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work. Verify that checklists are being used and signed off prior to the placement of concrete, steel and other similar items of work

Audit and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project

Conduct preconstruction meetings with new and existing subcontractors and the superintendent at least two days prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues that affect quality. Document these meetings in the daily QC report and Preparatory Phase reports
