General Manager, Cash America 2014-2015
I started with Cash America as a manager trainee. After 2 weeks I was promoted to General manager. I increased profits by 80% in 1 month. I increased loan balances by 100k, and gross profit by 15%. My effective leadership resolved employee turnover, and increased customer retention. After 6 months as a successful manager, I took on the role of a Hypo manager trainer. My role as district manager was to oversee the overall operation of retail stores within an assigned territory. I was tasked with ensuring that the various retail stores were running smoothly and that the stores meet their sales goals.
