Maintenance Mechanic - Troubleshoot and repair corrugated and box making paper machinery. Repair as needed to prevent downtime. Rebuild major machines with Millwrights from outside sources. Jobs generally involve the trouble shooting to locate primary problems, some which required complete disassemble and replacing worn and bad parts. At times this required reading blueprints and machine drawings and ordering proper parts to complete the repair. I was also in charge of startup and shutdown of Boilers, also daily checks of steam pressure, monitor and etc.

SUMMARY
Twenty (20) years experience of working in Industrial environment. Specializing in operation of injection press for five (5) years at Textron of Athens, which now operated under the name of Collins and Aikman. The last two (2) years at Textron I was promoted to lead man in Material Handling and Forklift Operator in Injecting Molding Department. Eight (8) years with Denso. Two and half years (2 1/2) at Denso I was a P-2 body assembly operator. I was promoted to Production Technician, my principle duty was trouble shooting machinery and repairing when needed. Experience includes communicating with maintenance for technical advice only when needed for completion, and resolution of problems; and overseeing equipment maintenance and repair with an emphasis on preventive maintenance.
