1)Company: L&T CONSTRUCTION

Project: ITC Green Centre, Bangalore from August’2013 to present

As a Land Surveyor for the commercial building project with B4+G+12Floors consisting of 2 Towers of area 6 acres,

Area traverse for the project soon after received the drawing from client

Surveying and marking the Temporary Bench Mark(TBM) received from client as project base reference co-ordinates

Marking the building peripheral co-ordinates as per drawing to check for its interference with available site space

Marked the foundation and 284 nos. of column co-ordinates

Did marking for retaining wall of area 2750Sqm with depth of 13m

Fixed survey marks for column, slab levels and slab periphery as per drawing for every floor upto Terrace level

Marked the lift wall and staircase wall at every floor as per drawing

Checking the level of slabs before and after every pour of concreting.

Co-ordination with mechanical team for their dependency with civil activities like insert plates and channels fixing and marking the co-ordinates for their erection activity

Marked the co-ordinates for Structural Steel Bridge(150MT), which is the critical structure connection to 2 towers and made sure successful erection of same in single lift

The drawing co-ordinates checked internally by quality team and client for records and documentation, which helped in achieving zero NCR

2)Company: Simplex Infrastructure Limited

ITPCL Power Plant Project at Cuddalore (Dec’2011 to June’2012)
