Design & Drafting office as Design Engineer Supervisor had partially achieved the conversion of existing AutoCAD drawings to Bentley Micro Station software. And also successfully achieved conversion of all hard copies the so called Management of Change (MOC) into PDF file format in single file using the High Speed Scanner then uploading to the main server of ExxonMobil Chemical Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. at Jurong Island Singapore.

In year 2001 LUMMUS ALIREZA LTD. COMPANY as SENIOR PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER had achieved the preparation and approval of the required design of the construction drawings for their pipelines and over twenty (20+) Tie-ins design plan and details drawings for their Kuff‘s Condensate Fractionation Project at Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia.

In Year 1998 as Piping Design Engineer in Bugshan Stone & Webster Company/Arabian Consulting Engineering Centre in Saudi Arabia had achieved the new design drawings for upgrading of Saudi Arabia Eastern province Bulk Plant “Loading Station” including the new pipelines routing and pump stations on plants namely Dhahran, Qatif Diesel, Qatif LPG Safaniyah, Al-Jouf, Al-Hasa and Turaif Bulk Plant.

In year 1997 as Bill Quantity Checker Mechanical at JGC Corporation Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore II Ethylene plant Project in Merbau Island Singapore achievement for the checking and tabulation of quantity for the dia inch of different sizes and types of project pipelines, piping Post Weld Heat Treatment and Quantity of excavation for underground pipelines.

In year 1993 FLOUR DANIEL ARABIA LTD. as Piping Design Engineer had successfully achieved the drawings preparation of the design of pipelines including the preparation and hand-over of mechanical Data Sheets for their Saudi Arabia Marjan Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Plants Project in Tanajib Saudi Arabia.

In year 1989 as Field Engineer in Braun Transworld Corporation/EEI supervising the Sub-contractor had achieved on construction of 71”, 48”, 42”, 32’ & 30” diameter r re-enforced concrete cylindrical pipe known as a Bonna Pipes supplied from France. These new pipelines tie-ins from Suhaiba Refinery in Kuwait to supply Cooling Water to Existing Refinery in Mina Abdullah Refinery and to newly constructed Refinery namely the hydro Cracker & etc. And also for the underground pipelines around the Tank Farm area such as the underground Fire Water pipelines, U/G Sewer pipelines, underground oily Water pipelines & Foam pipelines to connect to the existing Fuel Oil, Diesel Fuel, Kerosine & Black Oil Storage Tanks.

In year 1983 as Piping Material/Field Engineer in Petrochemical Engineering Limited Jubail Saudi Arabia achievement on take-off, requisition of required pipeline & piping materials such as valves & fittings for the project. To include control & organized piping related documentation.

In year 1982 as line Maintenance Technician in Dynetics Incorporated had achieved an understanding the important of scheduling the production equipment’s for preventive maintenance. In Aug. 6, 1997 to Aug. 5, 1998 was employed by BUGSHAN STONE & WEBSTER COMPANY LTD, /ARABIA CONSULTING ENGINEERING CENTRE in Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia as PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER for Saudi Aramco Facilities Distribution Modernization Project for all existing bulk plant in eastern province in Saudi Arabia. Namely Dhahran, Qatif Diesel, Qatif LPG Safaniyah, Al-Jouf, Al-Hasa and Turaif Bulk Plant. Work involved in preparing construction design drawings such as General Arrangement, Piping Plan, Isometric, Detail drawing and Tie-in Schedule Drawing.

In Sept. 8, 1995 to Feb. 28, 1997 was employed by JGC CORPORATION in their PCS-II Ethylene Plant Construction Project in Singapore as BILL QUANTTITY CHECKER MECHANICAL. Work involved in Bill of quantities take off and checking both from piping and civil construction drawings using company method of calculation in Microsoft Excel Program Version 5.0 To include checking of subcontractors” Monthly Progress Claim Report” prior to payment or invoicing. Bill of quantity checking for welding “DIA-INCH” of pipes, Support, PWHT, penetration test, excavation, back filling, pipe length, fitting and insulation. Also coordination with Sub-contractors Site Manager and Field Engineer regarding discrepancy found from piping plan, isometric and detail drawings.

In Aug. 1991 to December 1993 was employed by FLOUR DANIEL ARABIA LTD. for their Saudi Arabia Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Plants Project in Tanajib, Saudi Arabia as PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER. Work involved in preparation of piping design, layout/general arrangement, isometric, and detail and tie-in schedule.for new pipelines for onshore project. To include developing hydro-test flow sheet drawings. Material take-off on bill quantity on piping design as per project drawings and specifications. Have also involved in preparation of Data Sheets and Safety Instruction Sheet to all mechanical rotating equipment as project turnover requirements.

In Aug 20, 1985 to May 6, 1989 was employed by BROWN TRANSWORLD CORPORATION/ENGINEERING EQUIPMMENT INCORPORATED for their construction of new refinery and offsite project in Mina Abdullah, State of Kuwait as SUB-CONTRACTOR ENGINEER. Work involved in supervision for the sub-contractor for the construction 71” dia., 60” dia., 48” dia., 42” dia. and 30” dia. reinforce cylindrical pipe for new process plants both underground and above ground pipe works. To include daily field inspection of work progress and activities. Also include progress S-Curve and Bar Chart tracking in weekly basis. Reporting to BTC Construction Superintendent for the sub-contractor daily activities, new issue, concern and problems.

In Sept. 6, 1982 to Sept. 5, 1983 was employed by PETROCHEMICAL ENGINEERING LTD. for their Construction of New Petrochemical Plant at Jubail, Saudi Arabia as PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER. Work involved material take-off for the installation/erection of random length of pipe,

requirements for pipe spools into the pipe rack and/or pipe sleeperway. Also include preparation of bill of quantity take-off of pipelines, fittings, miscellaneous support for vertical and horizontal vessels, motor

pumps as required for the preparation on hydro-testing. Inspection and checking the installation of the different underground and aboveground pipeworks of various systems.

In January 19, 1979 to Sept 4, 1982 was employed by DYNETICS INCORPORATED a Semi-Conductor Assembler and Exporting Company whose plant located in FTI Complex, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines as LINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. Work involved in the maintenance of all

hydraulic and pneumatic press machine and production mould machine in the department. Performing a repair works such as trouble shooting, normal repair & preventive maintenance work on their mechanical equipment’s such as Pneumatic Press Machines & Hydraulic Mold Press Machines & Pre-Formers. To include setting-up of Tool & Dies on various size of molds.
