Property Management & Leases for all facilities including Procurement, Maintenance, Security and
Signage for facilities and all equipments.
Develop project plans for all program events including applicable policies and procedures and coordinate
with all committees, external clients and vendors.
Coordinate utilization of space including sublets and applicable rental arrangements. Facilitate
coordination of Operational, IT and Production Staff to ensure efficient utilization of all facilities and
facility readiness for multiple and competing projects
Establish required reporting and business processes to monitor variable financial conditions external and
within the organization.
Maintains cost effective operational processes and procedures to ensure attainment of financial goals.
Fundraising/Grants
Plan and implement fundraising opportunities, including identifying resource requirements. Research and
confirm funding sources that meet operational and project revenue goals.
Plan and execute of grant applications and fundraising initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic planning goals one, three and five-year plan with performance measures
to develop private sector support and earned revenue and invest in audience development.
Coordinates program sponsorship including volunteers and prospective donors.
Plan and executes special events.
Participates in Performing Arts network roundtables, conferences/workshops, executive committees
meetings. Maintains effective relationships with clients/parents/volunteers and private funders.
Marketing, Communications, Community and Public Relations:
Present a strong, positive image to the public the organizations mission, programs, products and services
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy including the delivery of
promotional materials, electronic/print-based newsletters, e-broadcasts and website development.
Collaborate and maintain effective partnerships with artists, business, arts groups, community and
business groups and other organizations that further the goals of the non for profit organization.
Develop and implement marketing and public relations programs that increase profile and brand
awareness.
Represent company/organization to local government, community, other arts groups and with the media.
