Responsible for Building Construction and Distribution segments in Brazil, working with all the Nonwoven product line. Primary duties included development and implementation of strategies for the segments as well as the management of six Sales Representatives. Also held direct management of key accounts.

Major Achievements:

- Developed and implemented a new Brazil distribution strategy, focusing on key and strategic accounts and transferring second and third tier accounts to distributors.

- Researched and selected new distributor partners to manage the second and third tier accounts as well as development of a new distribution plan incorporating pricing policy, sales and product mix quarterly goals.

- Generated savings of more than $800K per year in operating and logistical costs via the new distribution strategy implementation with over 2000 customers transferred to distributors.

- Developed and implemented a new sales plan for Sales Representatives including monthly goals and weekly follow ups, enhancing their individual territory penetration, recovering lost business and developing new business.

- Developed and implemented a new Building Construction strategy for Brazil, focusing on two distributor partners, responsible for developing new customers, extending geographic reach and increasing product portfolio in Brazil.
