RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
For the last year and half, was assigned to Component Research Air Facility to be an operator. The facility houses large rotating equipment, high pressure systems, vacuum systems and specialized research hardware used in conjunction with advanced propulsion research, combustion research. For the previous years, I was assigned to contractor support team within AFRL/PR Research Air Facility to maintains, repair, and calibrates instrumentation, electronic equipment/systems Modicon PLC and special devices including: video monitoring equipment, digital/analog devices, WaveTech panel meter and Viatran pressure and vacuum transducer and action thermocouple systems. Wiring the open and close contacts with indication, adjust the gear limit switch, also used the remote to calibration the valves including Rotork, and Limitorque.
Performs major upgrades of integrated circuitry, programmable logic controllers (PLC’s), data
acquisition systems, and digital controls. Designs, fabricates, and documents interfaces between the Fireye of the air heater and valves to PLC’s, and vibration analysis equipment, and video monitoring devices. Install, maintains vibration analysis equipment, on the compressors and Turbo Blowers. Documenting the upgrade of equipment using Microsoft Windows-based word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and SmartSketch CAD software.
Assembled, soldered, inspected, and troubleshot production PC boards. Fabricated, tested
and modified development controller. Ordered materials, followed engineering designs and
schematics and repaired the prototype controller to the point that it performed according to the
engineering specifications.
Supported research and development projects by completing drafting layouts of circuits and
system components
