OBJECTIVE

Overall four years experience as a Microbiologist with extensive skills in diagnostic and pharmaceutical microbiology. Seeking position as a QC Microbiologist at Dr.Reddy's Laboratories utilizing extensive experience and skills in laboratory techniques and equipment usage since 6th April 2015-till date

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To Follow CGMP, CGLP, CGDP, and safety measures as per the given guidance.

Preparation of Disinfectants, recording of temperatures and Relative Humidity in microbiological lab.

To Perform TOC and microbiological sampling of water samples as per schedules.

Maintenance of Microbiological Cultures (Bio Balls).

Maintenance of media Management.

To ensure proper usage and document the Media stock. Media consumption, bio ball stock, bio ball consumption details used for routine Microbiology Analysis.

Preparation and Performance of Growth promotion, sterility and Growth indicative properties of different Microbiological Medias.

Performing TOC analysis of all units for water samples.

To ensure proper handling of Autoclaves, Performance verification of Analytical Balances, pH meter.

Performing periodic Environmental Monitoring of Clean rooms and Microbiology Laboratory as per the schedule.

To ensure proper usage of Buffers within the validity period.

To ensure appropriate House Keeping in API microbiology lab.

To prepare the Incubator temperature monitoring reports from ICRDAS 1.2 Version.

To ensure proper labeling of Performance cheek labels of Analytical Balance, pH meter.

To ensure proper cleanliness of Area.

To ensure proper positioning of spirit level, Cleanliness of Balance.

To perform Gram staining techniques.

To subculture the isolates of investigation sample.

Performing periodic Environmental Monitoring of Clean rooms and Microbiology Laboratory as per the schedule.

Performing Microbiological sampling and analytical of water like purified water and potable water.

Release of water sample results and TOC results as per timelines.

To report immediately to the supervisor for any incidents/ spillages observed during the weighing of Media.

To report immediately to the supervisor for any OOS/incidents observed during the analytical.

Responsible for maintaining the clean room behaviors and to follow aseptic techniques during Microbiology Analysis.

Shall undergo the functional trainings.

To ensure the shift work is handed over appropriately to reliever before leaving the lab.

Following the measures as per the guidance.

PPE shall be used at work place.

Media Management

Preparation and maintenance of media.

To perform Gram staining techniques, Isolation identification of micro organisms.

Performing Microbiological sampling of water like purified water, potable water etc.,.

Performing Microbiological analysis of water.

Release of water sample results.

Isolation of identification of microorganisms

Maintenance of isolates.

Maintain accurate log books of all performed procedures.
