INTRODUCTION
My name is Bradley Williams. I am a male 54 years of age. I re-side in Huntington Beach, CA. From February, 2001-September, 2016 I had lived in Los Angeles, CA with an elderly woman friend named Kathleen Lowenthal. Mrs. Lowenthal rented me an apartment very inexpensive rent in trade for helping her by cooking, doing her laundry, driving her to do shopping and other places, cleaning etc. We also travelled together to visit erelatives and places we juat love. I started collecting Social Disability Insurance in 2001. SSDI is my primary income. My good elderly lady friend, Kay has moved into an assisted living home where she is very happy. They have many activities and therapy. Kathy is at a very good facility and I am glad she is well taken care of. Mrs. Kathleen Lowenthal lives at Kingsly Manor in Los Angeles, CA.

ABOUT SKILLS
From April 1981-January 2001, I have had numerous jobs. I have experience as a service station attendant, fast food cook, many driving positions, recycling center attendant and telemarketing positions. I am a high school graduate with some college training in computer science technology, computer networking, digital audio and video, an electronics course and I also completed a military standard soldering course and I have the, "Completion Of Military Standard Soldering Course" certificate. I am a friendly intelligent and trainable applicant. I love working with others So, I am a team worker as well.
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS INFO
In 1998, I was diagnosed by 2 different psychiactric doctors as having a Bi-Polar condition. The Bi-Polar condition is a chemical imbalance of the central nervous system. My diagnosed symptoms include racing thoughts, over confidence, slight paranoia and depression.
WORKING WITH BI-POLAR SYMPTOMS
According to my Psychologist's diagnosis, it is up to me whether I want to work while feeling persistant symptoms of Bi-Polarity. I feel that I can now take on quite a large bit more respons- ibility. In spite of my condition and its symptoms, I am able to operate a motor vehicle, cook, clean, record album performances on an 8 track recorder, play with my rock band and post ads for my band on Facebook. I know that I am able to continue working while symptoms are at there very worst. Working actually helps me to stay focused and busy on projects and duties. I would really like to work at a job in a position that I am familiar and com- fortable working with and enjoy doing.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY INFO
I am now seeking employment and I am applying for position uti- lizing the internet and my computer. I have not been employed since January 2001. I tried to get a job history print-out from Employment Development but, after a visit to the Santa Ana, CA office I discovered that I could not gain a print-out of my job history. My job history is 15 years ago and it is very old. I now know that the last company that I worked for, Alianes Bakery in 2001, no longer exists. I suppose it may be very difficult to contact past employers.
