Most recently, created an e-Learning program of three courses about OPAL, the centralized drug trial and registration database. New users are required to complete this course to understand system features and functions, workflow, and how to complete their work using the system. This course uses the “see it, try it, prove it” model where the learner views a video demonstration of tasks, practices them on a system simulation where they cannot impact live data, and then answers questions to showcase their new skills.

For GSK Manufacturing, created e-Learning about their Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) initiatives.

For GSK Research & Development, produced an e-Learning course about practicing good chemical hygiene in a lab environment.

For GSK Research & Development, produced the InForm 6.0 database system learning modules, updating content produced in Captivate 6 to Captivate 8 and republishing as an update in the LMS.

For GSK Finance, I created an in-depth course to familiarize general employees with Indirect Tax Basics, the implications of operating in the European Union and how to avoid regulatory actions resulting from improper transfers of goods, services, and assets.
