Hired initially as a project lead and consultant to draft all requirements for TD’s Enterprise wide Regulatory Reporting Software Automation project. Worked across US / Canadian business and technology groups to source data for TD’s first Dodd-Frank filings and managed the vendor selection process for the US Regulatory Reporting platform (AxiomSL).
•After consulting for one year, joined TD as a VP / Project Manager – Business Analyst hybrid to develop and manage ongoing requirements, data sourcing, documentation, testing, custom reports development and implementation across multiple work streams including reconciliation, data validation, technology, governance, manual systems and automated systems.
•Developed a Data Index (DINDEX) and dictionary to provide definition and mapping for over 2,000 data elements reported to the Federal Reserve.
