Nisum Technologies is an IT consulting firm, specializing in ecommerce solutions for many Fortune 500 companies such as Gap Internet Direct, Gap Corporate, Macys, Guthry Renker Inc and Safeway. Nisum headquarters are in Brea, CA, with branches in Fremont and San Francisco, and a large force in India and Chile. As the senior technical recruiter, I led the full cycle recruitment process. Also contributed to human resource tasks such as immigration forms, personnel issues, benefits questions, employee handbook development, guidelines and templates for evaluation of candidates, event planning, entry and exit strategies for employees, and employee retention practices.
Accomplishments
Helped Nisum Technologies grow from a small boutique IT consulting company of approximately 20 people, to a sophisticated, thriving and growing global software consulting company of over one thousand employees.
