Professional Experience
January 2000 – March 2015: Education Technologist, Crew Training International, Inc.
•Performed program management. Maintained ten syllabi annually, reviewing more than 80 lessons each year for currency, accuracy and relevance. Created courseware for instructor-led workshops, experiential trainers, self-study and performance support. Wrote materials for clarity and interaction; integrated student-centered learning techniques to advance learning transfer and retention.
