As a human resources manager, I handled all employee relations issues by conducting investigations, attended unemployment hearings, responded to all EEOC/NERC charges, handled suspensions and made decisions according to our Company policies and procedures. I have a vast knowledge of all state and federal employment laws. I was also responsible for maintaining the front office operations to include but not limited to; new hire processing, interviews, drug screening, background checks and new hire orientation. My duties was also to maintain all required work licenses to ensure validity according to positions requiring such work licenses. I also worked closely with all department heads to ensure all policies and procedures were followed accordingly and within employment laws.
