Manage the Contracts, Procurement, Project Controls and Document Control departments.

Responsible for developing and operating a cost tracking and milestone progress system utilizing MS Dynamic and Primavera, that was successfully used for tracking and controlling budgets, commitments, accruals and expenditures.

Maintain project s-curves, expenditures and develop monthly progress reporting.

Renegotiated master service agreements to strengthen the supply chain and ensure spend strategies are effective and the project needs are reflected into the procurements & contracting strategies.

Drive the use of work breakdown structures through active scheduling and milestones to identify potential delays and manage procurement efforts, while controlling spending trends.

Provide Project Controls and Project Services supervision for the West African Gas Pipeline Project.
