My role in this project was right from the scratch, this product was being transitioned from Onsite to offshore. I had to form the team of 10 members, which included the internal and external hiring process, mentoring and training them on the Domain and the product, assigning roles to each individuals, Test Planning, reporting status to senior management, etc. People management, Budgeting, Risk management and all other technical and non-technical activities involved in SDLC.
