A subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, The Pokémon Company International manages the property outside of Asia.

Responsible for providing global team leadership and building human resource strategy to influence global initiatives in a growing entertainment organization. Coach, advise, and influence business leaders to enable client groups to effectively deliver on their business plans while supporting the culture, performance and workplace. With four direct reports, responsible for global human resources, U.S. and U.K. payrolls and facilities.

•Led recruiting efforts which grew headcount from 65 to 200+ within three years.
