A subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, The Pokémon Company International manages the property outside of Asia.

Responsible for providing global team leadership and building human resource strategy to influence global initiatives in a growing entertainment organization. Coach, advise, and influence business leaders to enable client groups to effectively deliver on their business plans while supporting the culture, performance and workplace.
