Responsibilities (Account Management, Marketing, Coordination, ATS admin, Recruiting)
Clients / Vendors & other Accounts Management
1.Get all renewals and new SOW from clients for employees, complete, and coordinate with Accounts, HR, Contracts etc.,
2.Get the original client POs and coordinate with the appropriate teams internally.
3.Get client letters from different accounts for employees for immigration purposes and coordinate with the HR.
4.Contact active consultants at the client sites whenever an issue arises or communicate to them based on the requests from the clients and act as a liaison between the employee/management and the Client.
5.Contact the clients when Accounts team have question on payments.
6.Coordinate with HR when the Client has a question on consultant’s hours, vacation etc.,
7.Follow up on rate revisions as per the requests from HR.
8.Coordinate, follow up and answer all other questions and concerns Clients/Consultants/Employer have for each other related to placements.
9.Check all client requirements and see which ones to work on.
10.Help clarify the hours as needed.
11.Contact active consultants for clarifications related to requirements etc., on an as needed.
12.Follow up with the clients Resource Management Office for questions related to PO for direct placements and get the SOW/PO/WO, whenever there is a renewal and coordinate with the appropriate teams for all including direct placements.
13.Other follow ups on an as needed basis.
Resources Coordination
1.Check for renewals, end dates, extensions, new PO/WO/SOW.
2.Contact all accounts and get the required end client PO and client letters etc., for HR & employees.
3.Check on rate increases and inform HR, Accounts and Contracts.
4.Follow up with the Contracts and find out if any issues in changing or leaving the current project etc.,
5.Act as a Liaison between vendors, employees, HR, Accounts.
Marketing & Coordination - Internal Candidates
1.Guide the offshore team to apply for jobs through portals, vendors, mailing lists etc.,
2.Contact companies we have existing relationships to see if they have any requirements.
3.Contact employees who may have an opportunity.
4.Attend calls related to candidate submissions, negotiations, get back to candidates, respond to candidate’s questions through calls, IM, text, e-mails and voice mails.
5.Find better projects for those who are already on projects.
6.Coordinate the placement between the employee, contracts and the Clients.
7.Update the internal database with all internal candidates placements- getting job orders created, submissions, placements, resume updates, other updates and follow other process etc.,
8.Inform HR and the appropriate internal teams whenever a candidate’s project starts, start date gets changed, ends, gets extended, goes on vacation etc.,
9.Maintain Internal Candidates Monthly Stats and report on the server.
10.Help with the Applicant Tracking System and database assignments for internal and other projects and check in general to keep the assignment stats up to date.
11.Contact and follow up the Client/Vendor companies if Accounts or HR has any questions.
12.Check with the Contracts to see if any issues or concerns related to the current projects.
13.Contact and follow up with the consultant if HR or Accounts have any questions.
14.Attend weekly meetings with HR and Tech Leads for available consultants.
Applicant Tracking System / internal database Administration
