opens and verifies part numbers/quantity, condition and
label of stock items, wraps covers, boxes and marks all material

Tracks action. Processes various stock actions such as audits and
inventory. Places materials to be stored in appropriate location
ensuring storage site meets weight capacity, space and security
requirements. Performs maintenance, operation and extension of
all complex automated information systems that includes
procurement, receipt, warehousing and issue of material to all
authorized DoD activities and maintenance/extension of
information exchange capabilities with the NAVICP and DAAS

Performance of duties requires knowledge of data base software
programs such as DAMES, MAXIMO, DAAS, ERMS, DODAAC
and SDR. Also requires use of the discrepancy tracking software
RODS, and accessing material tracking databases such as FED
LOG, HAYSTACK and WEBFLIS and the inventory tracking
database, ASSET VISIBILITY. Requires access of the FACTS
