Responsible for reporting the daily plant production performance metrics to
management. Developed OEE metrics for robotic thermal coating processes and

Managed the shift plant production operations responsible for sixty
production and technical personnel in the high volume manufacturing of
spark plug components. Operations included metal forming and chemical

Trained Six Sigma Greenbelt and Lean Greenbelt candidates and mentored them
through certification. Assisted management through the training of
Associates to develop a changed culture utilizing Lean principles and tools
in daily work and to implement cell based processes to improve process flow
through the shop. This improvement reduced lead times, inventories and
cycle times throughout the plant. Implemented Lean projects as part of my

several 8D based corrective actions on non conformances to closure.
