A highlight of my professional life was when I was commissioned to do a two-year corporate culture study with the noted Filipino Anthropologist, Dr. F. Landa Jocano to facilitate the transformation of Meralco into a world-class Company. This learning experience influenced the practitioner that I have become, with much respect for people, culture, diversity and multiple generational environments --- adapting to each organization as my most practical concept about HR Management is: it is never “one-size-fits-all.”
