Personal Letter of Introduction
Samantha Bolton
Bachelor of Arts English from USC Aiken
July 26, 2016
Dear Sir;
Hello. My name is Samantha Bolton. I am a recent graduate of USC Aiken, having earned a bachelor’s degree in English. Currently, I am working at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College as a Math Tutor. I have held this position for six years while earning my degree and raising a family. I have tutored both math and English at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. I have also been a substitute teacher with Aiken County Public School District in the Wagener area.
After being a homemaker for fifteen years and substituting at my children’s school, I decided to return to college in 2009 to earn a degree in English Education. However, life events caused me to adjust my field of study to an English only degree due to the need to enter the workforce earlier than planned. I would still like to earn a Master’s of Teaching along with a certification in math. I am interested in entering the PACE program if possible. Although these are my goals, I am open to exploring other opportunities and options.
I believe I would make a great addition to any organization. I am a hard worker that gives my all to any task I take on. I am adaptable and versatile, adjusting to most any situation as the need arises. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to prove myself as a valuable employee with your great organization.
Sincerely;
Samantha Bolton
