Managed a staff of 23 professionals in the daily accounting, financial reporting, and analysis functions including revenue and expense recognition, monthly variance explanations, accounts receivable portfolio management, and cash flow planning.
Planned, coordinated, and produced the annual budget and long range plan for TNS and THS.
Converted and cultivated the accounting department to a more analytical, advisory role in order to meet the increasing requirements of upper-management.
Improved and automated the monthly forecast and actual reporting; reducing the monthly close processes by five days for expenses and by two weeks for revenue.
