Worked as a Trainee in Azad Engineering Pvt.Ltd for a period of 6 months.

Worked in Apex Fasteners limited is a company to manufacture the various types of fasteners, as a supervisor/planning engineer for a period of 1year 6 months.

Working with Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools Pvt Ltd as a Project Engineer,is a company to manufacture the types Aerospace parts, Defence & Oil and Gas & power and water parts for period from September 2015 to till now.

Work Responsibilities & Duties :

Responsible for to indent the Raw material for requirement of order plan for half yearly & one year.

Responsible for arrange the UT and MPT tests to the Raw Material. If in case required.

Responsible for collect the Raw material certificates from suppliers & Inspection test Report & Control plan and total package releasing before going to manufacture the parts.

Responsible for taking customers feedbacks and have to mail the daily status to the customers.

Responsible for to fallow up the Daily process, which position it is.

Responsible for maintaining the inspection reports from the vendors, approval forms, sample reports, production report for daily wise.

Responsible for preparing manufacture process plan as per customer order .

Responsible for preparing comparison of planned and production cycle times.

Responsible for After completion of part dispatch to customer at correct delivery.

Technical Project:

TITLE: ‘ANALYSIS OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF ALUMINIUM TUBES UNDER STRESS.

Description:. The principle of project is to determine the thermal conductivity of a aluminium tube under load conditions, for Equal interval of time . Due to this effect the dimensions changes in specimen. Based on this principle neglect the damages of boiler tubes and over Enlarge of Cylinder bore of IC engines. we can restrict the beyond the limits for the practical of this project result.
