Group Ins To Coordinate with Insurance people to work the group Insurance to all staffs/ in proper times and also done by Annual return submission in correct time

Group GrTo co-ordinate with Insurance for Group Gratuity and Maintain the

record properly also whenever the staff has Resign from the job to calculate the

gratuity and send the insurance people to collect the cheque from there and issue

the cheque to employees in proper manner.

Time office Attendence to maintain from personnel and admin department. All the edmployees late record will be maintained by us only.

HR To give the Add to proper manner and select the candidates resume from concern Head of the department and call them for an Interview, to send the offer letter to select employee get the approval only we prepare the appointment letter to concern employees. And give them to training along with concern Head of the department.

Admin To co-ordinate with Vendors/ AMC/ Maintenance/Collect the quotation

Form various vendors and compare the quotation, and get the best possible price

From the vendors and get the approval from MD/ and also the payment to reach
