Assess and assist residents in their adjustment to independent living, particularly during critical periods (crisis intervention) when support and assistance are essential

Develop and maintain continuing positive professional relationships with residents, service providers associated with the residents and families of the residents.

Follow up reported security log incidents within 48 hours

Documentation of service logs online

Develop resource materials for use by staff and residents

Conduct building tours during regularly scheduled hours

Serve as part of a team including administrative staff and front desk staff to ensure the safety of all tenants in the building
