Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate the training of safety, quality, and productivity management of membership of a group of 8 team leaders and 57 team members.
*Corresponded with staffing agency in placing job orders, the selection of new hires, and training on variety of jobs throughout the department.
* Conduct the on boarding and training of new hires and current employee’s on assembly lines, fork lifts and any skilled leveled job requiring KSA testing.
*Maintain the company standards of good manufacturing process and housekeeping standards, 3C5S.
*Distribute daily production plans to team leaders and make team member allocations as necessary by checking team leaders' daily absences, tardiness and leaving early of assigned group team members.
*Enforce company policy of having assigned members "working" in the assigned/designated work areas.
*Check the production order, inventory of complete parts, WIP parts and receive inventory of necessary sub, CKD, press parts report from team leaders.
*Notify warehouse department, and press supervisor in case of part shortage, and the sales department and production specialist in case of severe downtime or low inventory level of complete parts.
* Perform gemba walks ensure safety procedures are being followed by all employees, quality standards are being maintained, and production goals are being meet.
*Check 1st, middle, last inspection sheet, downtime reports, and work reports completed by team leaders,
execute improvement plans along with proper completion and filing of these essential reports.
Sr. Team Leader / Trainer
Duties and Responsibilities
*Organize and conduct monthly safety meetings to promote safety in the work place and appoint safety representative from each department to help enforce safety procedures and rules, administer counseling or disciplinary action if needed.
*Address and resolved production matters in a timely manner and communicate issues to management.
*Trouble shoot daily quality issues and applied problem solving experience to resolve quality issues by preparing countermeasure reports for external and internal quality issues.
*Patrol the NCP area and submit reports of all items logged in, evaluate each item, report the scrap findings, the root cause and apply counter measures to reduce / prevent the issue from reoccurring.
*Perform line audits on a regular basis to monitor and inspect the quality of products, flow process of the line, and the allocation of staging finished products.

Duties and Responsibilities
*Day to day quality lab functions, the training and assignment of 7 quality control technicians.
* Perform process audits to check the work of the technicians and production team members to help implement company policies, procedures, and the quality management systems.
*Confirmed the product requirement by selecting products to test at specific stages in the production process to ensure quality standards are being met, and the product quality is within specification.
*Tested the products for various quality indicators using; machines, jigs fixtures, calipers, micrometers, scales and various gauges for measurements then record the test data.
*Reviewed the technician’s quality and production reports, correct deficiencies and maintain detailed records of quality defects, then enter all reports into the ISOX system.
*Communicate any repeating issues to the quality and production manager in the daily quality meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assumed the role of shift supervisor during the absence of a supervisor on any shift throughout the department.
* Corresponded with staffing agency in placing job orders, and the selection of new hires.
* Conduct the on boarding and training of the new hires and current employee’s on automatic hemming machinery.
* Conduct team huddles with the line operators to discuss the current quality issues and the corrective actions that should be taken to correct them.
* Monitored the shift production and led the operation of the machinery on the manufacturing lines to ensure safety procedures are being followed by all employees, quality standards are being maintained, and production goals are being meet.
*Input daily production run data, and communicated any quality or maintenance issues in daily production meetings.
* Daily OJT evaluation, safety, quality, and production audits, participate in continuous improvement projects and inventory counting activities as required, along with assisting maintenance with TPM
