Alliance Franchise Brands: Marketing Specialist, 2012 – May 2016; Responsible for Market Planning development and implementation of in market promotional activities, inclusive of; Direct Mail, Promotional Support Materials, Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Website Development, etc. that support the AFB franchisee’s and their respective client’s that include Banks, Hospitals, Commercial and Retail businesses and many others at both local and national levels.

TMV Group: Director of Operations and New Business Development, 2008 – 2012; Managed account activity for Crittenton Hospital, Faygo Soft Drinks and the five locations of the Friendly Automotive Group of Dealerships. Successfully directed new business Development for; HAP, TRW Automotive consumer products initiative and Mossy Oak B2B initiatives.

General RV Centers: Sales/Marketing; 2004- 2007; Primary responsibilities in sales and provided support for development of marketing/communications in broadcast advertising, event marketing and data base development initiatives.

BBDO Detroit: Senior Vice President/Event Marketing, 2001 – 2004, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge/Dodge Truck and Dodge Motor Sports. Developed and managed event marketing programs that synergistically supported national marketing efforts that included the launch of the Chrysler Pacifica and Crossfire, Dodge Charger and Magnum that were designed to create a consumer focused “ Experiencial” relationship with the brand via test drive programs and data base development.

USA Today/Detroit: Media Sales Manager; 1998 – 2001; Responsible for $13M in annual sales. I achieved every quarterly sales target during this time period, clients included, GMC Truck, Pontiac, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Coleman Camping, and Dana Corporation.

McCann Erickson: Senior Vice President, 1994 – 1998, GMC/SUV’s; I directed the marketing efforts for the GMC Jimmy and introduction of the GMC Envoy in the CSUV segment. I also directed the GMC Yukon’s marketing efforts and the successful launch of the GMC Denali which won a Gold Effie marketing award for its comprehensive launch marketing campaign.

CME Detroit: Senior Vice President, 1981 – 1994; Over this period of time I was responsible for various aspects of marketing and communications for; National, International and Dealer Association advertising for the Jeep/Eagle division of Chrysler Corporation as well as new business development for CME.

I was one of the initial managers assigned to the development of the Jeep/Eagle Dealer Association Groups for Chrysler and was tasked with the implementation of the re-organization of these groups across the nation. This being a new division for the corporation, we were challenged with the design of an association platform that is more efficient and a more profitable extension of the marketing department’s efforts for the brand and corporation. Once completed, the success of this effort was directed by the corporation to be immediately implemented by the Chrysler/Plymouth and Dodge Car and Truck divisions.

I was lead Management Supervisor of Jeep International Marketing and advertising efforts worldwide, with major focus in Europe, the Middle East, Japan and Taiwan. The position required proper positioning of the Jeep Brand’s imagery on a global platform that remained consistent with the marketing efforts in North America.

As the Director of new business development, I oversaw management and development new business activities that resulted in the company being awarded the; Harley – Davison Parts & Accessories Division, Hush Puppies Shoes and Wolverine Boots and Coleman Camping Equipment.
